A1: Make sure you have developer access, then go to any page that you created and click F2!

A2: Navigate to the settings area, then to layout, then to Pages, here you can create as many pages as you want, you can create 4 types of pages: 

1. Empty Page 
2. Copy of another page 
3. List Details Page 
4. Table Details Page

A3: A Page must first be added to a navigation for you to navigate to it. To do that Navigate to the settings area, then to layout, then to navigations, then select a navigation to click edit, after that click create new to add a new page to this navigation.

A4: Navigate to the settings area, then Corporate Identity, then AppBuilder and here you can change the color for anything you want, from the workflows to the letters.
