A1: In GA we have 2 workflow types, service side workflows and client Side workflows:

To create service side workflows, Navigate to the settings area, then data, then workflows, then select service, then click create new, here you can name the workflow and assign it to a group. And now you can drag and drop any service side workflow blocks and use them as needed.

To create client-side workflows, navigate to any page and open the app builder by pressing F2, on the top left corner of the page click workflow then click the + icon to add a new workflow, You can change the name in the bottom right corner, and you can drag and drop workflow blocks that interact with the page here!
