Q1- How can I create users?

A1: Navigate to the settings area, then user management, then user, then click create new, enter the information as needed, make sure the email and password follow the settings set in the provider, finally make sure they have a role that can login.

Q2- How can I create user roles?

A2: Navigate to the settings area, then user management, then roles, then overview, then click create new, enter the name and if you wish to give it to everyone or not. To edit this role further select it from the left side and add permissions as needed.

Q3- How can I create user groups?

A3:  Navigate to the settings area, then user management, then groups, then overview, then click create new, enter the name and then select the user and the roles you want to have this group assigned to, finally click save to finish creating the group.

Q4- How can I assign roles to users?

A4: Navigate to the settings area, then user management, then users, then select a specific user, and click edit, then click the roles tab, and put a check mark on the roles you want to assign. Finally click save

Q5- How can I assign user groups to users?

A5: Navigate to the settings area, then user management, then groups, then select a user group, and click edit, then put a checkmark next to the users you want to assign to this group, finally click save to finish the group update.
